We at Ancient Future are committed to providing you with high-quality, unique designer jewelry pieces that you will love. However, we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out as planned, and you may need to return or exchange an item.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that any requests for returns or exchanges made after this 3-day period may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and any relevant documentation.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at ancientfuture.official@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange the item. We will respond to your request within 2 business days and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping any returned items, unless the item was received damaged or defective. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria. If it is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or process the exchange as requested. Refunds may take several business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that any custom orders, sale items, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
